Inspirado en hechos reales ocurridos en Colombia entre el año 2004 y 2006. Más que una segunda parte, la serie es la continuación de la historia en el punto en que nos dejó la película. En el mismo tono expectante y surrealista relata lo que sucedió con los personajes principales, los soldados Porras (Manuel Jose Chaves), Venegas (Juan Sebastián Aragón), Perlaza (Carlos Vesga), Lloreda (Diego Cadavid), el teniente Solórzano (Marlon Moreno) y otros, después de ser apresados por haberse quedado con una astronómica suma de dinero de la guaca de la guerrilla.
El eje central de la historia es el regreso de los soldados al monte para recuperar una gran cantidad de dinero que fue reenterrado allí, en un lugar secreto entre la maleza. El comienzo de la historia nos ubica en la cárcel militar “4 bolas”, en Tolemaida, donde se encuentra apresado un grupo de nuestros soldados, esperando ser juzgados por la Justicia Penal Militar. Nada se sabe del soldado Lloreda, quien los delató a todos y fue dejado en libertad, ni del soldado Porras que anda prófugo del Ejército. Mientras vemos las vidas de los personajes en la vida civil, ahondaremos también en los conflictos personales de los personajes tras las rejas, agobiados por los abogados buitres que querían sacarles dinero y las constantes amenazas de otros reclusos que también quieren extorsionarlos.
Inspired by real events that occurred in Colombia between 2004 and 2006. More than a second part, the series is the continuation of the story at the point where the film left us. The central axis of the story is the return of the soldiers to the mountain to recover a large amount of money that was reburied there, in a secret place in the undergrowth. The beginning of the story places us in the “4 bolas” military prison in Tolemaida, where a group of our soldiers is imprisoned, waiting to be tried by the Military Criminal Court. Nothing is known about the soldier Lloreda, who betrayed them all and was released, nor about the soldier Porras who is a fugitive from the Army. While we look at the lives of the characters in civilian life, we will also delve into the personal conflicts of the characters behind bars, overwhelmed by vulture lawyers who wanted to extort money from them and the constant threats from other inmates who also want to extort them.
