En medio de esta odisea, El Capo se sumergirá en el sangriento mundo pandillero de las maras 7 y acabará declarándole la guerra al poderoso narcotraficante mexicano Pacífico Blanco; y de paso terminará conociendo a Bruna, una bella y peligrosa asesina que parece tener todo lo necesario para enamorarlo. Pero esta no será la única mujer dispuesta a todo por conseguir un lugar en el corazón de El Capo, también está Mariale, una atractiva enfermera que cambiará su vida con tal de estar al lado de Pedro Pablo.
Decidido a acabar con Pacífico Blanco, El Capo hará lo impensable y unirá fuerzas con su más fiero enemigo, el agente Velandia, quien a su vez tendrá que elegir entre su venganza o su honor. Solo en este momento, Pedro Pablo se dará cuenta que no está lejos de alcanzar lo que siempre ha soñado, su redención.
