Aunque los pandilleros y los vecinos lo conocen popularmente como el "Maestro", el resto de la gente lo reconoce como un viejo chiflado de aspecto andrajoso. Pero él es mucho más que eso. Es un hombre sabio que merodea y habla con serenidad, haciendo gala de su sabiduría ancestral, fruto de las interminables vidas que ha recorrido y que le han convertido en un ser iluminado. Su objetivo es y será siempre hacer que los miembros de la pandilla actúen con sensatez y busquen la paz y la moderación.

Although the members of the gang and the neighbors popularly know him as the "Master", the rest of the people reckon him as an old nutty man with a shabby appearance. But he is much more than that. He is a wise man who prowls around and speaks calmly displaying his ancestral wisdom, the outcome of the endless lives he has roamed through and which have turned him into an enlightened being. His aim is and will always be to make the members of the gang act sensibly and search for peace and restraint.
