LA HEROÍNA - “me enamore de ti sin tu consentimiento y te sigo amando en contra de mi voluntad”. Cuando tenía seis años su papá se mató, su hermano desapareció y su mamá murió. A pesar de que todo lo que ha querido se va, Lucas es la más entusiasta, echada pa´lante y optimista. De chiquita parecía niño. Quería ser como su hermano Tomás y ella misma se puso “Lucas”. Se crio en la finca la Herradura, y desde su infancia conoció a Marcelo, el primo cansón que vivía enamorado de ella, pero el que Lucas no determinaba por estar detrás de Juan, un jornalerito de la finca. Después de la desaparición de Tomás, su hermano, “Lucas” fomento más sus rasgos masculinos La pérdida de su hermano le dejo una marca indeleble. Pero escondió la tristeza haciendo lo mismo que habría hecho Tomás: mostrarse fuerte y decidida a ayudar a los demás. Lucas decidió desde hace mucho tiempo que Marcelo es su hombre ideal.
