Se graduó de derecho en una universidad de Medellín, a donde se fue a vivir con un tío que lo mantuvo mientras hizo su carrera. acaba de llegar de Italia, donde estudió un postgrado en criminalística y terminó diferentes cursos: especialización en ‘Escena del Crimen’, ‘Curso avanzado en Ciencias Forenses’, ‘Seminario de Policía Científica y Antropología Forense’.
