Una hermosa joven, un poco plástica y superficial. Debe enfrentar el drama de haberse enamorado de un hombre pobre, con todo lo que esto conlleva para su vida. Su amor por pablo la llevará a descubrir otra verdad que la cambiará para siempre: ella misma tiene orígenes humildes y tiene parientes pobres con los que terminará conviviendo en unas condiciones que jamás soñó par ella, pero que le cambiarán todo su perspectiva sobre su propia vida.
